Our Guarantee: If any legal encumbrance, fraud, or defect in ownership arises due to negligence in our verification process, Fab Homes Uganda undertakes to resolve the issue or provide a full restitution option.

2. Comprehensive Due Diligence Process

To ensure total security for buyers, our legal team conducts the following mandatory verification procedures:

  • Official Ministry Search: Conducting formal search reports at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development to confirm true ownership and registered encumbrances.
  • Physical Boundary Verification: Opening of boundaries by registered surveyors to confirm precise dimensions, acreage, and plot marks.
  • Local Council (LC1) & Neighbor Vetting: Engaging local authorities and neighboring property owners to ensure no active ownership disputes or squatters exist.

3. Types of Titles Handled

We process transactions and title transfers across all standard land tenure systems in Uganda, including:

  • Mailo Land: Full verification of registered Mailo certificates of title.
