- Site Visits & Selection: Members participate in organized site tours, choosing from up to 4 pre-vetted estates per savings cycle.
- Allocation: Formal title and plot allocation are executed seamlessly upon completion of the 12-month cycle.
Every member is assigned a unique tracking identification number for absolute transparency throughout their savings timeline.
