3. Property Transactions & Site Visits

The following guidelines apply to property purchases and site inspections:

  • Site Visits: Inspections are scheduled through our official agents or support desk.
  • Sale Agreements: No land transaction is binding until a formal Sale Agreement has been legally executed by certified legal counsel and signed by both parties.
  • Payments: All official payments must be made strictly through verified company banking channels or designated accounts. Fab Homes Uganda is not liable for unauthorized cash transactions.

4. Hardware & Building Supplies

Orders for building materials or hardware supplied via our partner ecosystem are subject to product availability and delivery terms agreed upon at the time of purchase confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, imagery, site design, structural layout, text, and source code—is the property of Fab Homes Uganda and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
