⚙️ How the Scheme Works

We execute a rigorous, transparent workflow from acquisition to handover:

1. Strategic Acquisition: We purchase large-scale acreage along high-growth corridors (Mukono, Gayaza, Bombo, Hoima, and Masaka Roads).
2. Subdivision & Survey: Land is surveyed and systematically partitioned into standardized 50×100 ft plots (~11.5 decimals).
3. Infrastructure Development: We grade access routes, clear pathways, and install visible estate signposts.
4. Site Visits & Selection: Members participate in organized site tours, choosing from up to 4 pre-vetted estates per savings cycle.
5. Allocation: Formal title and plot allocation are executed seamlessly upon completion of the 12-month cycle.

Every member is assigned a unique tracking identification number for absolute transparency throughout their savings timeline.
