How the Land Savings Scheme Works
12-Month Flexible Savings
We save for a period of one year, which allows clients to pay for land in manageable instalments with flexible payment plans which are daily, weekly, and monthly rather than one large lumpsum.
Subdivision & Mapping
We subdivide the land into 50×100 ft plots (approximately 11.5 decimals).
Infrastructure Development
We grade the land, create estate roads, and install signposts.
Organized Site Visits
After initial development, members are invited to visit the estates during organized site visits.
Plot Allocation
Following site visits, plots are allocated upon completion of the savings cycle.
Title Handover & Deed Processing
Upon completion of savings, plots are allocated, surveyed, and land titles processed for full client ownership.

Plot Size: Each plot measures 11 decimals (50 by 100 feet). Members can purchase more than one plot.
Estate Zones: Estates are divided into four organized sections:

- Residential Flat Zone: Modern apartment flats only.
- Bungalow Zone: Single-family bungalows only.
- Undecided Zone: Choice of flats or bungalows.
