It is an initiative started by Immaculate Nantongo that allows ordinary Ugandans to pool funds together to purchase large tracts of land, subdivide them into plots, and create structured, affordable, and well-planned neighborhoods.
The scheme runs on a 12-month savings cycle. Land purchasing begins at the 6-month mark using accumulated savings, and members are taken for guided site visits after completing the 12 months.
Plot Size: Each plot measures 11 decimals (50 by 100 feet). Members can purchase more than one plot.
Estate Zones: Estates are divided into four organized sections:
- Commercial Zone: Shops, health centers, markets, and schools.
- Residential Flat Zone: Modern apartment flats only.
- Bungalow Zone: Single-family bungalows only.
- Undecided Zone: Flexible choice of flats or bungalows.
Savings cover the purchase of land, land titling, surveying and subdivision, bush clearing, road creation/grading, mark stones, and signposts.
Note: Transferring the land title into individual member names is optional and is not included in the baseline savings amount.
Since launching in 2019, the scheme has successfully helped over 3,000+ Ugandans acquire verified, titled land across 65+ planned estates nationwide.

- Silver Package: UGX 8 Million

- Platinum Package: UGX 20 Million

Regional Schemes:
- Jinja Scheme: UGX 8 Million
- Mbarara Scheme: UGX 15 Million
*(Regional savings are non-transferable to Central region packages and vice versa.)*
Registration Requirements: A one-time 100,000 UGX registration fee, a copy of your National ID, and two passport photos (one for the member, one for the next of kin).
Office Location: Contracts are signed at our head office located at Joshali Plaza, Top Floor, Bweyogerere (between Centenary Bank and Mamerito Hotel, opposite Africa Oil, right after the Northern Bypass fly-over).
Fab Homes is a fully registered company. Members sign a legally binding contract, pay via bank or Mobile Money, receive official receipts, and can track their savings in real-time through our digital platform.
